This register scores every one of them on five public criteria and shows the working. Each row carries its RERA registration number and a link to the government record.
What this register is
Every "top Dholera developers" page in the search results was written by a developer ranking itself first. This is the alternative: a scored register with a public rubric, built from one government source, where the rank of every entry can be checked against the record it came from in one click.
Nothing here is for sale. There is no paid placement, no enquiry form, no plot listing and no price. The score is a measure of filing record and registration evidence. It is not a measure of build quality, of delivery, or of whether any particular project is a good purchase, and it should not be read as one.

The 2026 figure covers approvals to 1 April 2026 only, because that is the latest Dholera approval on the register at this edition. It is not a full year and should not be read as one.
The nine ranking views
- Developers by registered project count
Counts registrations held, which rewards volume and says nothing about age.
- Developers by vintage
Measures time on the register, so a single old registration outranks four new ones.
- Developers by registered area
Sums declared square metres, so one large scheme outweighs several small ones.
- Projects by registered area
Ranks the project rather than the promoter, on the same declared square metres.
- Newest registrations
Sorts on approval date alone, which is the one column with no judgement in it.
- Projects by declared type
Groups on the declared type rather than ranking, because a type is not an amount.
- Quarterly filing record
The single heaviest criterion in the rubric, isolated and shown on its own.
- Declared completion dates
Sorts a promoter-declared target date, which is a claim on the record, not an outcome.
- Complaint entries on the ledger
Lists filings, not findings, and only the 13 projects that carry one.
Each view re-sorts the same canonical entity set on a different real GujRERA column. No view exists for a column the dataset does not hold.
How to check us
- Every row carries the RERA registration number exactly as GujRERA issues it, and the number links to that project on the government portal.
- Open the link in a new tab. The GujRERA portal is a single page application that reads the project id once when the page loads, so changing the link inside an already open GujRERA tab will keep showing the previous project.
- If a figure here differs from the government record, the government record is right and this register is wrong. Write to corrections@dholera-realestate.com and the correction is published on the changes page.
