Two builders, or one builder with two names?
Scroll the developer lists on this site and you will notice names that look like the same firm written twice. This page exists because that is a real problem with a real effect on the rankings, and hiding it would be dishonest.
The short answer is that we do not know, and neither does the public record. GujRERA does not give a builder a company number. It prints whatever name was typed onto each project form. So this site groups projects by that exact name string, letter for letter, and joins nothing up.
Why we refuse to join them up
Deciding that two names are one company would be a claim about who owns what. That is a claim the public register does not make, and it is not ours to make on its behalf. Two firms can share a founder and be separate companies. One firm can restructure and keep trading under both names for years. A private limited company and a partnership with a similar name may have completely different owners and completely different liabilities.
If we merged them and were wrong, we would have published a false statement about a real business. Keeping them apart is the conservative error, and it is visible rather than hidden, which is why this page exists.
- Promoter. The legal name of the company or person who registered the project. GujRERA uses the word promoter where most people would say builder or developer, and this site keeps the government's word so the two lists match.

What it would change if we did merge them
This is the part that matters, because it decides who appears near the top of the project count list. Here is exactly what each pair would become if the two names were one company.

How a builder can have two names joined
If two of these names really are one legal entity, that can be fixed, and the fix is free. Write to corrections@dholera-realestate.com with something that shows it: a company registration document naming both, an amalgamation order, or a GujRERA record that ties them together. We will apply the merge, recompute the affected lists, and log what changed and why on the changes page.
What will not work is a request on its own. We cannot merge two names because somebody says they belong together, for the same reason we did not merge them in the first place.
One thing this page is not saying
Nothing here suggests that a builder with two similar names has done anything wrong. Companies are restructured, partnerships become private limited companies, and separate firms are set up for separate projects. All of that is ordinary. The only claim on this page is that the public record does not tell us which of those happened, so we do not pretend to know.
