What triggers a new edition
- A re-read of the GujRERA public portal. A rank resting on stale data is a factual error about a real company, so the register is re-verified before each edition rather than carried forward.
- A new registration carrying Dholera evidence, which adds an entry and shifts every rank below it.
- A quarterly progress filing, which changes the filing rate and therefore the heaviest criterion in the score.
- A new complaint row or a status change on the public ledger.
- A verified correction from a promoter or a reader.
- A change to the rubric itself, which is published here with the old weights and the new ones side by side, never applied silently.
Release schedule for the entry pages
The 33 entry pages are published as a set alongside the hubs, and the sitemap lists them all. Where a new edition adds entries, the new pages are released in batches rather than as one dump, so that a new domain is not asked to have a hundred deep pages crawled at once.
How to report an error
Write to corrections@dholera-realestate.com with the RERA registration number, the field, and what the GujRERA record actually says. A correction that can be verified against the government record is applied at the next edition and logged above. Corrections that cannot be verified against a public record are not applied, and the request is still logged.
