What has changed, and what has been corrected
Ranks on this site will move, because the government record they are built from moves. This page is the record of every move. When a rank changes, it is written down here with the date and the reason, so nothing is quietly rearranged.
Edition 2026.08, published 4 August 2026, is the first publication. Thirty-three projects, 22 promoter names, and nothing has moved yet because there is no earlier edition to move from.

What makes a rank move
Six things, and nothing else. Every one of them is a change in the government record or in the published scoring rule.
- A fresh read of the GujRERA portal. A rank resting on old data is a false statement about a real company, so the whole register is re-read before each edition rather than carried forward.
- A new registration that carries Dholera evidence. It adds an entry and pushes every rank below it down one.
- A quarterly report filed or missed. This is the heaviest single item in the score, so it moves ranks more than anything else.
- A new complaint entry, or a change of status on an existing one.
- A correction from a builder or a reader that we can confirm against the government record.
- A change to the scoring rule itself. If that happens, the old weights and the new ones are printed here side by side. A scoring rule is never changed quietly.
When new project pages appear
The 33 project pages are published as one set alongside the main pages, and all of them are in the sitemap. When a later edition adds projects, the new pages go up in small batches rather than all at once, so a search engine is not asked to crawl a hundred new pages on a young site in one day.
How to report an error
Write to corrections@dholera-realestate.com with the registration number, the field, and what the GujRERA record actually says. Anything we can confirm against the government record is fixed at the next edition and written into the log above. If we cannot confirm it, we do not change the figure, but the request is still recorded.
