GujRERA publishes 16 complaint entries against 13 of the 33 registered Dholera projects, read from the public application ledger on 4 August 2026. By published status: bench assign: 5, closed: 5, hearing schedule: 5, pending hearing: 1. The other 20 projects carry no complaint entry on the ledger.
What is public here, and what is not
The GujRERA application ledger publishes a complaint number, a status, a submission date and, where one exists, an approval date. The substance of a complaint is not public: the endpoint holding allegations, orders and hearing records requires an authority login and returns an error without one. So this page can tell you that a filing exists and what stage it has reached, and it can tell you nothing about what the filing says.
That distinction is the whole page. A complaint entry is a filing, not a finding. Publishing the number and the status is a fact about the register. Publishing an interpretation of it would be an accusation, and this site does not make any.

Absence of a complaint entry on 4 August 2026 means GujRERA published no complaint row against the project on that date. It is a statement about the ledger, not an endorsement.
How complaint entries enter the score
Criterion four of the Register Standing Score awards 15 points where the ledger carries no complaint entry, 8 points for one entry, and 0 for two or more. It counts rows and reads no status. A closed complaint counts the same as an open one, because this register cannot see whether a closure favoured the promoter or the complainant, and guessing would be an invention.
The same entity set, sorted on a different column
Every view on this site is the one canonical entity set at the register, re-sorted on a real GujRERA column. Re-sorting real data is legitimate. Rewording the same page is not, so no view here repeats another's column set.
- Developers by registered project count. Counts registrations held, which rewards volume and says nothing about age.
- Developers by vintage. Measures time on the register, so a single old registration outranks four new ones.
- Developers by registered area. Sums declared square metres, so one large scheme outweighs several small ones.
- Projects by registered area. Ranks the project rather than the promoter, on the same declared square metres.
- Newest registrations. Sorts on approval date alone, which is the one column with no judgement in it.
- Projects by declared type. Groups on the declared type rather than ranking, because a type is not an amount.
- Quarterly filing record. The single heaviest criterion in the rubric, isolated and shown on its own.
- Declared completion dates. Sorts a promoter-declared target date, which is a claim on the record, not an outcome.
