Complaints filed against Dholera projects on the public ledger
This page answers one question: has anyone formally complained to the regulator about this project? Read it carefully. A complaint is something a person filed, not something anyone has ruled on, and the government does not publish what it was about.
GujRERA publishes 16 complaint entries against 13 of the 33 registered Dholera projects, read from the public application ledger on 4 August 2026. By published status: bench assign: 5, closed: 5, hearing schedule: 5, pending hearing: 1. The other 20 projects carry no complaint entry on the ledger.
What is public here, and what is not
The GujRERA application ledger publishes a complaint number, a status, a submission date and, where one exists, an approval date. The substance of a complaint is not public: the endpoint holding allegations, orders and hearing records requires an authority login and returns an error without one. So this page can tell you that a filing exists and what stage it has reached, and it can tell you nothing about what the filing says.
That distinction is the whole page. A complaint entry is a filing, not a finding. Publishing the number and the status is a fact about the register. Publishing an interpretation of it would be an accusation, and this site does not make any.

Absence of a complaint entry on 4 August 2026 means GujRERA published no complaint row against the project on that date. It is a statement about the ledger, not an endorsement.
How complaint entries enter the score
Criterion four of the Register Standing Score awards 15 points where the ledger carries no complaint entry, 8 points for one entry, and 0 for two or more. It counts rows and reads no status. A closed complaint counts the same as an open one, because this register cannot see whether a closure favoured the promoter or the complainant, and guessing would be an invention.
The same 33 projects, sorted another way
Every page on this site is the same list of 33 projects from the register, put in a different order using a column the government actually publishes. Re-sorting real data is honest work. Rewriting the same page with new words is not, so no two pages here show the same set of columns.
- Who has registered the most projects. Counts how many projects each builder has registered. It rewards volume and says nothing about how long they have been around.
- Who has been registered the longest. Measures time on the register, so one old registration ranks above four new ones.
- Who has the most land registered. Adds up the square metres, so one large scheme outweighs several small ones.
- The largest single projects. Ranks the project itself rather than the builder, using the same declared square metres.
- The most recent registrations. Sorts on the approval date alone, which is the one column with no judgement in it at all.
- What kind of project each one is. Groups by declared type instead of ranking, because a type is not an amount and cannot be put in order.
- Who keeps their paperwork up to date. Isolates the single heaviest item in the score and shows it on its own.
- The completion dates that were promised. Sorts a date the builder declared, which is a claim on the record and not an outcome.
