Why a builder you have heard of is not on this list
If a company markets heavily in Dholera and does not appear here, that is worth understanding rather than worrying about. There are exactly four reasons a company or project can be missing, and this page names all four with the numbers behind them.
Thirty-three projects met the rule for inclusion out of 5,435 registered in Ahmedabad district and 719 in Bhavnagar district, both lists read in full on 4 August 2026. Being absent from this list is not a finding, a warning, or any kind of comment on a company.
The rule this page follows
A list that names who is in owes you an account of who is out and why, in terms you can check. So the only form of exclusion allowed on this site is that a named test was not met. There is no negative description of any real company anywhere on this site, in any wording, and there never will be. If a builder thinks an exclusion is wrong, write to corrections@dholera-realestate.com and we will look at the government record again.

One excluded project, shown in full
Rules are easier to trust when you watch one run. Below is a real GujRERA record that was left out, printed field by field, with the exact reason on the last line. It is registered in Dhandhuka municipality, which is a neighbouring authority and not DSIRDA, so Dholera never appears on its record.

Three projects we are not certain about
Three records sit right on the line. Their government record mentions a Dholera town planning scheme inside a Dhandhuka taluka address, but never writes the word Dholera and gives no village inside the Dholera boundary. Dropping them quietly would hide a judgement, and promoting them quietly would overstate the evidence, so they are included and stamped Inferred. The exact wording that put each one here is printed on its own page.

What this page will never say
It will never call a company unreliable, risky or best avoided, or anything that means the same thing in politer words. It will never rank anyone on reputation, on reviews, or on anything that is not a field in a government record. Where the register holds nothing about a company, this site says it holds nothing. That is a different statement from a bad one, and it is the only one the evidence supports.
