Every project, largest first

Two land area columns sit side by side here on purpose. The first is the field GujRERA uses for the area actually under registration and it is published for all 33 projects. The second is the field the portal labels Project Land Area, and it is blank on 10 of 33 government pages. Those 10 rows print the blank. They are not estimated, not carried over from the neighbouring column, and not quietly dropped so the table looks full.

The blank field is a government blank

All 10 records with a blank project land area are DSIRDA-era registrations, and the GujRERA project page itself renders that line with no number. This is not a scrape failure. The same records do carry a layout area and an area under registration, and both are shown rather than substituted in.

Carpet area is the one figure a buyer can compare

Carpet area is published for 32 of the 33 records, in square metres. It is blank for GREENERA GARDENVILLA 2 alone, and that row prints as not published. Carpet area is defined by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, so it is the figure that means the same thing on every one of these records.

The same entity set, sorted on a different column

Every view on this site is the one canonical entity set at the register, re-sorted on a real GujRERA column. Re-sorting real data is legitimate. Rewording the same page is not, so no view here repeats another's column set.

• Developers by registered project count. Counts registrations held, which rewards volume and says nothing about age.
• Developers by vintage. Measures time on the register, so a single old registration outranks four new ones.
• Developers by registered area. Sums declared square metres, so one large scheme outweighs several small ones.
• Newest registrations. Sorts on approval date alone, which is the one column with no judgement in it.
• Projects by declared type. Groups on the declared type rather than ranking, because a type is not an amount.
• Quarterly filing record. The single heaviest criterion in the rubric, isolated and shown on its own.
• Declared completion dates. Sorts a promoter-declared target date, which is a claim on the record, not an outcome.
• Complaint entries on the ledger. Lists filings, not findings, and only the 13 projects that carry one.
